Patient Portal: Refill Request Tips
Per our voicemail we are no longer accepting refill requests or changes over the phone. In order to make it quicker and easier for our patients to get their prescription, we ask that patients contact their pharmacy or go through the patient portal. Here are some tips to help you place that request!
Please login through your patient portal. (If you are having trouble logging in please refer to our “Patient Portal: Mobile Credentialing Login Tip” page)
After you have logged into your patient portal, please click on the MESSAGES tab to begin.
There will be two options listed to place the request: REFILL REQUESTS and INBOX.
REFILL REQUESTS
Want to send in a request for a current medication?
Click on Refill Requests
Please select the medication you are wanting to request
After you have selected the medication you are wanting to request, please click on the REFILL REQUEST button
Please type in and select the pharmacy you would like the medication to go to.
Don’t see your pharmacy? Please type in the alternative location in the message box where you would like the medication to go.
INBOX
Want to send a message along with the refill request?
Click on Inbox
Click on the COMPOSE located next to the DELETE button in your patient portal inbox. Eclinical will direct you to a Compose New General Message.
To compose a general message or request:
Please select your provider
Type in a brief overview in the Subject line
Compose your message in the Message box section.
Click Submit
